MACRONI BALLS











Ingredients:----



Macaroni (boiled) - 1 cup
Carrot (Chopped & blanched) - 1/2 cup
Capsicum (Chopped)- 1/2 cup
Refined flour (maida)- 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Milk- 1 cup (lukewarm)
Bread Crumbs- 2 cups
Salt N Pepper according to taste
Oil for frying

Method

1. Heat Butter, Put Refined flour, saute it for few minute( don't let the color change) put milk and stir Add salt n pepper white sauce is ready
2. Add Macaroni, Carrot and Capsicum in the white sauce Let it cool
3. Make Tiny Balls of this batter and coat it with Bread Crumbs, Coating should be thick keep the balls in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Fry these balls and half them while serving
