RAINBOW SANDWICH

Ingredients:----

Bread - 6 slices
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Poodina (mint) chutney - 2 tbsp
Besan (gram flour) - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of baking powder
oil for frying


Method
1. Makes a semi thick batter of besan, salt, baking powder and 1/3 cup water approximately. Beat well.
2. Spread chutney on two slices.
3. Cover with another two slices and spread tomato sauce.
4. Cover with the remaining slices. press well.
5. Dip the sandwich into the besan batter. See that the batter covers all sides and deep fry. Cut into four long pieces and serve hot.
