VEG FRANKIE














Ingredients---

Chapaties made from flour - 4

Filling

Potatoes (Boiled) - 3
Peas (Boiled)- 1/4 cup
Carrot (Grated) - 1 medium size
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 (Chopped)
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Haldi - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Chopped Corriander - 1 tbsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
For serving sliced
Thinly sliced onions - 2
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Green Chutney

Method

1. Heat oil Add carrot, peas, ginger, green chilly, red chilly powder, haldi and salt now saute for 2 minutes, cover after cooking mash them.
2. Add amchur powder and corriander leaves to boiled potatoes Add veg. in it and make rolls.
3. Fry these rolls.

How to proceed
1. On a tawa, place each roti, spread green chutney, place potato roll put some onion slices, sprinkle vinegar and chaat masala over it.
2. Heat it lightly and serve hot.
