ARBI BEMISAL

Ingredients:---

Arbi - 10 (Boiled and cut in cubes),
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp,
Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp,
Mango powder - 1/2 tsp,
Green chilli - 1 (chopped),
Corinader leaves - 1 tbsp,
Sendha namak to taste,
Oil for frying,

Method

1. Heat oil in kadhai. Fry arbi till golden brown.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in another pan. Add cumin seeds powder, green chilli and fried arbi.
3. Add red chilli powder, mango powder and sendha namak. Mix well.
4. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
