Ingredients:---
Oil - 1 tbsp,
Suji (rawa) - 2 cups Coarse semolina,
Eno - 1 tsp,
Curd - 2 cups,
Water - 1 cup,
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp,
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients (other than Eno) of the batter together in a bowl and leave a side for 10 minutes.
2. Grease the idli stand. Add Eno to the mixture and pour 2-3 tbsp mixture in it.
3. Steam it in the idli mode for 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove the idlis from the mould with a clean knife, after cooling for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with coconut chutney and hot sambar.
