MINI UTTAPAM











Ingredients:---

BATTER
Rava or moti suji (coarse semolina) - 1 1/2 cups,
Sour curd - 1 1/2 cups,
Water 3/4 cups,
Eno - 1/4 tsp,
Salt - 1 tsp,
TOPPING
Onions - 2 (chopped),
Tomatoes - 2 (chopped),
Green chillies - 1-2 (chopped),
A few coriander leaves (chopped),
salt to taste,

Method

1. Mix all ingredients of the batter together.
2. Add enough water to the batter to get a pouring consistency. Beat well.
3. Keep the batter aside for 1/2 hour.
4. Before cooking beat the batter well and adjust water to get thick pouring consistency batter should be thicker than dosa batter.
5. Add ENO.
6. Mix all ingredients of the topping together. Keep aside.
7. Heat a non stick tawa and grease it.
8. Turning the heat to low pour 2 tbsp batter in center of the tawa. Spread it with the back of a karchhi (ladle) to get a round shape. Keep it a little thick.
9. After 2 minutes sprinkle some topping on it. Press the topping gently.
10. After the underside is cooked, turn the side carefully.
11. Remove from tawa after the other side also gets cooked & the onions turn a little brown.
12. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
