MATAR CHAAT














Ingredients:----

green peas 2 cup
Cumin seeds(jeera) 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida(hing) 1 pinch(optional)
Green chillies chopped-2
Chopped tomato -1 (discard d pulp)
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Dry mango powder (amchur) 1/2
Chat masala- 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt according to taste
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 1 tbsp
Sev - 50 gms

Method

1. Boil water add peas and cook till they are tender, Drain n wash with cold water.
2. Heat oil, add asafoetida, Cumin Seeds and green chillies and salt.
3. Add peas, dry mango powder, chat masala, sugar and salt and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add butter, squeeze lemon juice.
5. Mix sev and coriander
6. serve
