PAV BHAJI

Ingredients:---

Potatoes - 3 (boiled and mashed),
Peas - 1/2 cup(boiled),
Carrots - 2 (chopped),
Cabbage - 1/4 of a small flower/chopped),
Cauliflower - 1/2 of a small flower (chopped),
Onions - 3 (chopped finely),
Tomatoes - 2 (chopped finely),
Tomatoes - 2 (pureed),
Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped),
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp,
Pav-bhaji masala- 2 tbsp,
Butter - 50 gms,
Oil - 4-5 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped),

Method

1. Pressure cook carrots, cabbage and cauliflower with 1/2 cup of water to give one whistle. Keep on low flame for 5 mins.
2. Pressure cook peas separately to give one whistle.
3. Heat oil. Add onions and green chillies. Cook till onions turn transparent.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Add tomatoes and saute till oil separates.
6. Add cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes and cook for a few minutes mashing them continuously.
7. Add peas.
8. Add pav bhaji masala, butter and coriander.
9. Serve hot with buns cut into halves and tossed in butter on a tawa.
10. Serve with chopped onions.
