STUFFED BHINDI

Ingredients:---

Ladies finger - 1/2 kg,
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp,
Cumin powder - 1 tsp,
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp,
Amchur (dried mango powder) - 1 tsp,
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste
Oil - -3-4 tbsp,

Method

1. Wash and wipe the ladies finger. Cut the tops and tails of the ladies finger and slit in between.
2. Combine coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, amchur, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Stuff this mixture to the slit ladies finger.
4. Heat oil in a wide pan, place the stuffed ladies finger and fry on a medium flame. Fry till done from all the sides. Shut off the gas and cover for a while.
5. Serve hot.
