LAUKI RAITA (GHIYA RAITA)

Ingredients:---

Curd - 2 cups,
Lauki - 1 cup (grated),
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp,
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp,

Method

1. Boil lauki in minimum quantity of water (pressure cooked is better). Drain and cool completely. Squeeze out the excess water by pressing a little with hands.
2. Beat the curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, Cumin seeds powder. Mix well.
3. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
