MALPUA (SINGHARE KA ATTA)

Ingredients:---

Singhare ka aata - 2 tbsp,
Milk - 1 cup,
Malai - 2 tbsp ,
Sugar syrup - 1 cup,
Ghee - 2 tbsp,
Pista for decoration,

Method

1. Make a paste of milk, malai and singhare ka aata. (It should be of pouring consistency.
2. Heat non-stick pan. Put a little ghee and spread the batter so as to make the malpuas.
3. Apply ghee on the top and turn the side.
4. Remove from fire and dip in the sugar syrup for 5-10 minutes.
5. Take out from sugar syrup ,put some pista over it to decorate and serve.
