LAUKI (GHIYA) KA RAITA

Ingredients...
Lauki(Ghiya)-1cup(grated),
Curd-2cups,
Roasted cumin seeds powder-1tsp,
Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,

Method
1. Boil grated lauki with a little water till soft.
2. Cool and drain.
3. Whisk the curd and add salt,black pepper powder and cumin seeds powder.
4. Add boiled lauki to it and stir well.
5. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour and serve chilled.
