puri



Ingredients:

1)Chapatti Flour – 1.5 cups
2)Salt – as per taste
3)Oil – 1 tbsp
4)Warm Water – 1/2 cup
5)A pinch of caron seeds(ajwain)
6)Oil – for deep frying

How to make Puri:

1)Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil,pinch of caron seeds and half cup of water in a shallow tray.
2)Prepare dough by kneading properly.
3)Make small balls out of the dough.
4)Sprinkle them with wheat flour.
5)Roll out puris from these balls on an oiled board.
6)Heat the frying pan with sufficient quantity of oil.
7)Deep fry the puris till they become light brown.
8)Puris are ready to serve.
