BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients:---

Potatoes (Boiled) - 4 big,
Bread slices - 8,
Onion - 1 small (finely chopped),
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped),
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped),
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped),
Chaat masala - 1 tsp,
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
cashew nuts and raisins (optional) - 8 pcs each,
Green peas (boiled) -1/2 cup (optional),
Oil for frying,

Method
1. Mash the potatoes. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, chaat masala, red chilli powder,salt, cashew nuts, raisins and boiled peas, mix well.
2. Take enough water in a bowl. Dip one slice of bread. Take out immediately.
3. Squeeze the water from the bread by pressing palms gently.
4. Place a tbsp mixture on the bread in the center on one side and roll the rest of the slice over to cover the stuffing finely. Ensure that the stuffing does not come out.
5. Repeat the same process with the rest of the bread slices.
6. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry till golden brown.
7. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
