PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE

Ingredients:---

Pasta - 1 cup,
Milk - 1 cup,
Onion paste - 1 tsp,
garlic paste - 1 tsp,
Maida (refined flour) - 1 tsp,
Cheese - 1 cube (grated),
Salt to taste,
Olive oil - 1 tsp,
White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp,
Sweet corn - 2 tbsp (optional),
Capsicum - 1/2 (cut in cubes),
Olives - 1 tbsp(chopped),
Butter - 1 tbsp,
Oregano - 1 tsp,
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp,

Method
1. Boil enough water with salt and 1 tsp oil. The oil makes the pasta not to stick to each other.
2. When the pasta is done, drain the hot water and rinse in cold water.
3. Heat the butter in a pan. Add onion-garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.
4. Now add refined flour and saute for a minute. Don't let it turn brown.
5. Add milk and stir it continuously to avoid lumps, add salt and white pepper powder. White sauce is ready.
6. Take 1 tbsp olive oil in another pan, Add chopped onions and capsicum and saute them for a minute. Add sweet corn, olives and salt in it.
7. Add boiled pasta and give a toss.
8. Put the sauce back and give a toss.
9. Serve hot.
