METHI MALAI MATAR

Ingredients:---

Methi (fenugreek) leaves - 1 bunch,
Peas - 3/4 cup,
Malai/fresh cream - 1/2 cup,
Onion - 1 (chopped),
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp,
Amchur powder - 1 tsp,
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp,
Salt to taste,

Method

1. Wash and chop the methi leaves.
2. Heat the oil in a kadhai add the onion and cook till they are translucent.
3. Add ginger-gralic paste and saute for a few second.
4. Add methi leaves, saute for 2 minutes.
5. Add red chilli powder and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
6. If the subji is getting too dry, add little water if required.
7. Finally add malai/cream and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
