MINT COOLER

Ingredients:---

Mint leaves - 1 bunch (washed and chopped along with stem),
Sugar - 2 glasses,
Vinegar - 1/2 cup,
Water - 1 1/2 glass,
Green colour - 1 pinch,
Chopped mint leaves - 1 tsp,
Soda water - 100 ml,

Method

1. Boil water with sugar.
2. When sugar desolves, add mint leaves and shut off the gas immediately.
3. Leave it over might.
4. Strain it in the morning and add vinegar to it.
5. Add a little green colour.
6. Fill in the bottle and keep in the fridge this syrup
