PANEER FINGERS

Ingredients:---

Paneer - 200 gms,
Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp,
Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp,
Hung curd - 1 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp,
Chaat masala - 3 tsp,

Method

1. Mix ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, 2 tsp chaat masala and hung curd.
2. At Serving time, sprinkle bread crumbs on paneer fingers and mix to coat on the paneer.
3. Deep fry till crisp.
4. Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
