Ingredients:---
Potatoes - 2 (cut into thin strips).
Oil - for frying,
Sendha namak to taste,
Amchur - 1/2 tsp,
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp,
Method
1. Heat oil in a kadhai.
2. Fry the potato fingers.
3. Drain. Add salt, black pepper powder and amchur.
4. Serve hot immediately.
