KAIRI KA PANNA

Ingredients:---

Raw mango (kairi) - 2,
Sugar - 3 tbsp (as per the sourness of the mango),
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp(finely chopped),
Kala namak to taste,
Black pepper powder - 1.2 tsp,
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp,

Method

1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
2.. Boil whole the mango in pressure cooker with enough water.
3. Shut off the gas and let it cool.
4. After cooling squeeze out the pulp and mash it roughly.
5. Strain it now add sugar, black salt, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder.
6. Put crushed ice.
7. Serve chilled by garnishing mint leaves on the top.
