PINEAPPLE RAITA

Ingredients:---

Curd - 2 cups,
Tinned pineapple - 2 slices (chopped),
Sugar - 1 tsp,
Roosted cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tsp,
salt to taste,
Pepper to taste,

Method

1. Take curd in a bowl, whisk properly.
2. Add sugar, pepper, cumin seeds powder.
3. Add pineapple pieces.
4. Add salt at the time of serving.
5. Serve chilled.

Note: Adding salt before hand in any raita will make the curd sour.
