BOONDI RAITA

Ingredients:---

Curd - 2 cups,
Boondi - 100 gms,
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp,
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp,
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp,
Black rock salt powder - 1/2 tsp,
Dry mint leaves powder - 1/2 tsp,
Sugar - 1 tsp (optional),
Salt to taste,
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp,

Method

1. Whisk the curd smooth.
2. Add sugar, coriander leaves, mint powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder.
3. Add booni.
4. Add black rock, salt and mix well.
5. Garnish with cumin seeds powder, coriander leaves and red chilli powder.
