PAPAD CHURI

Ingredients:---

Papad - 4 (roasted),
Ghee - 1 tbsp,
Onion - 1 small (chopped finely),
Tomato - 1 small (chopped finely),
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp, (chopped finely),
Salt to taste,
Red chilli powder,

Method

1. Crush the papads by hands.
2. Mix onion, tomato, coriander, salt and chilli powder.
3. Add this mixture to papad churi.
4. Mix very well and toss it and serve immediately.
Note: You can crush papad coarsely with hands and have it by adding ghee to it.
