MANGO SMOOTHI

Ingredients:---

Mango - 1 cup (sliced),
Apple/ banana - 1/2 cup,
Curd - 1 cup,
Milk - 1/2 cup (optional),
Honey - 1 tsp,
Crushed ice,

Method

1. Put mango, apple/banana into a blender with the curd, milk, honey and crushed ice. Whiz for 30 seconds until really smooth.
2. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
