ONION RAITA

Ingredients:---

Curd - 1 cup,
Onion - 2 tbsp (chopped very finely),
Green chilli - 1 (chopped),
Mint leaves/coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped),
Salt to taste,

Method

1. Beat the curd in a bowl till smooth.
2. Add onions, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Serve cold.
Note: It tastes superb if you chopped mint leaves alternatively.
