Ingredients:---
Mix fruit smoothie
Peaches - 2 (chopped),
Banana - 1 (sliced),
Tinned Pineapple - 1/2 cup,
Mango - 1/2 cup (chopped),
Low fat milk - 1 cup,
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender. Whiz till smooth.
2. Serve chilled.
