Ingredient:---
Tomato - 7-8 (cut into quarters),
Carrot - 1 small (chopped),
Onion - 1 small,
Beetroot - 1 small piece,
Bay Leaf - 1,
Cinnamon - 1" stick,
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp,
Butter - 2 tsp,
Cornflour - 1 tbsp (dissolved in cold water),
Method
1. Heat the butter in pressure cooker saute onion, potato, carrot for a few minutes.
2. Add tomatoes with 5 cups water bay leaf, cinnamon stick, peppercorn and beetroot and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
3. When the pressure is down, let it coll and blend in a mixer.
4. Strain the liquid and season it with salt and sugar.
5. Add the cornflour mixed in water and stir continuously till it become thick .
6. Boil it and serve hot.
