VEGETABLE CUTLET

Ingredients:---

Potatoes - 4 (boiled and mashed),
Carrot - 1 (chopped and boiled),
Cauliflower - 1/4 of a flower (chopped and boiled),
Cabbage - 1 tbsp (chopped and boiled),
Green chillies - 2 (chopped),
Ginger - 1/2" (chopped),
Salt to taste,
Chaat masala - 2 tsp,
Mashed bread slices - 2,
Cornflour - 4 tsp,
Oil for frying,
Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp,

Method

1. Mash the boiled vegetables. Add mashed bread slices.
2. Mix mashed potatoes,ginger, green chillies, chaat masala, cornflour and salt.
3. Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into cutlets.
4. Cover the cutlets with bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry in the heated oil till crisp and brown.
6. Serve with mint chutney (green chutney) and tomato ketchup.
